Rapid weight gain could indicate fluid retention or a worsening of your heart failure situation. You can put on weight even if you show no signs of edoema. You should therefore keep track of your weight daily.
It’s ideal to:
Wear the same amount of clothing each time you weigh yourself, weigh yourself in the morning (at the same time every day), after emptying your bladder and before breakfast, and note the result each day in your diary or chart.

If you suddenly gain more than 1 kg per day for three days, keep an eye out for it and get in touch with your case/care manager or doctor.
Measuring Your Blood Pressure.
Keep a daily log of your blood pressure readings.
Use the same arm to take your blood pressure each day at the same time. When taking your blood pressure, be calm.
Use the proper cuff size to get precise readings.
Avoid smoking, drinking coffee, and engaging in vigorous activity. A half-hour before to taking your blood pressure
Your back should be supported when you sit up straight with both feet on the ground.
Your palm should be facing up as you rest your arm on a table.
Make certain that the blood pressure cuff on your arm is level with your heart.
Rest for five minutes before taking another reading if your blood pressure is high.
If your blood pressure reading continues to be high after completing these steps, speak with your case/care manager, nurse, or doctor.
